Having produced sketch shows since 2016, The Crunchy Frog Players are back with a brand new line up of original material alongside reimagined classic sketches and songs from the likes of Monty Python, Cook & Moore, Smack the Pony and Rowan Atkinson. Tackling a smorgasbord of subjects from the traditionally taboo to the downright offensive, this year's Crunchy confection promises something for almost everyone. The Players bring some real Colchester legends to this year's Fringe: Nicola Goodchild, Darren Gooding/Alice D’Lumiere; Dave Hughes; Lisa Wakely, Tim Young and live musical accompaniment from Nigel Hildreth. For ONE NIGHT ONLY The Crunchy Frog Players are delighted to be making their Colchester Fringe debut. Book early as their shows always sell out at The Headgate Theatre, their comedy birthplace.
